Green Oaks Physical Therapy in Dallas is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and sports medicine conditions. The role offers a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment where you can grow clinically and advance your career.

We support both full-time and part-time positions with a comprehensive benefits package, a competitive salary of $78,000–$95,000 per year, productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and opportunities for clinic

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to employment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; teamwork and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and sports medicine conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that promote timely recovery and long-term wellness.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and healthy movement strategies.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture focused on excellent patient outcomes.
