• Compensation: USD 78,000 - USD 95,000 - yearly

We have an immediate need for a Physical Therapist.We offer a flexible schedule, an exceptional working environment that is very teamwork-oriented, along with growth opportunities, mentorship, and a generous compensation package.

• Salary:Base salary of $78-95k, depending on experience.
• Productivity Bonus:Up to $15,600 per year
• Perks:Up to a $10,00 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• Caseload:Gradually ramp up to seeing 10-12 patients per day.
• Mentorship:12-month mentorship program for recent graduates.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist with a strong drive to serve others, learn and grow!
• Someone who wants to put a strong emphasis on excellent patient care, quality, efficiency, and outcomes
• Self-starters who have a strong work ethic, and who possess a team-oriented personality
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current state of Texas license or (soon to have if relocating)

• Our clinical education and mentorship allow for a successful transition from school to clinical setting
