Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide direct rehab care to patients upon physician referral, in accordance with Life Care standards. Responsibilities include following treatment plans, setting measurable goals, and coordinating care with PTAs and students.

The role requires an accredited PT degree, active state licensure, CPR certification, and may welcome new grads with limited experience. Strong computer skills and professional conduct are essential.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy.
• Current State license in good standing; active throughout employment.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; keep current.

Responsabilidades

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans for patients.
• Establish, assess, and modify goals that are realistic, measurable, timely, and functional.
• Oversee and evaluate care by PTAs, Rehab Aides, and PT/PTA students; chart appropriately.
• Utilize therapy software accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude toward patients.
• Maintain professional relationships with associates and vendors; protect confidentiality.
