Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Vista, CA seeks experienced Physical Therapists to provide patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities. PRN positions available, with interdisciplinary teams creating integrated treatment plans and durable outcomes.

You will evaluate and treat impairments related to neurologic disorders, collaborate with families and professionals, and help patients regain mobility in functional home settings.

Qualifications

We are looking for experienced Physical Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Vista, CA and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities.
