Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide care at an entry to intermediate skill level. You will evaluate and treat patients, developing plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and participate in ongoing patient care.

Coverage includes Monday through Friday with some evenings and one Saturday per month. Requires licensure as a Physical Therapist and BLS certification upon hire; graduation from an accredited PT program is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy is required.
• Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy is required upon hire.
• Licensed Physical Therapist upon hire is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services at entry to intermediate skills level for individual patients.
• Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary treatment team.
