Job summary

Concordia Visiting Nurses in the Monroeville/Penn Hills area seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in home health settings. You will develop individualized plans, perform manual therapy and modalities, and collaborate with physicians to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a valid state license.
