Job summary

Clover Staffing seeks a Physical Therapist for a Cody, Wyoming assignment. Shifts run from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM with a start date of 2026-12-07 and a 13-week duration.

The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients to restore mobility and function, including education and discharge planning. Responsibilities include developing individualized plans, supervising PTAs, and collaborating with physicians and care teams to ensure positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical condition, movement limitations, pain levels, and functional deficits.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility, strength, and functional ability.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Treat patients recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust interventions, and ensure measurable outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
• Document evaluations, daily treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately.
• Supervise PTAs and therapy aides as appropriate.
• Communicate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Discharge patients with maintenance and self-management plans.
