Job summary

Clover Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Davenport, Washington assignment. The therapist will evaluate patients, design outcome-focused treatment plans, and provide hands-on PT interventions to restore mobility and function. Collaboration with physicians and care teams is essential.

Responsibilities include documentation, supervising PTAs, and educating patients on home exercise programs to support long-term recovery. Shifts are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with a 13-week duration.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington (as required by state regulation).
• Experience evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and administering PT techniques.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical condition, movement limitations, pain levels, and functional deficits.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility, strength, and functional ability.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and neuromuscular re‑education.
• Treat patients recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust interventions, and ensure measurable outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
• Document evaluations, daily treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately.
• Supervise and delegate appropriate tasks to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and therapy aides.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Discharge patients with individualized maintenance and self-management plans to support long-term recovery.
