Job summary

Team Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient clinics across several states. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans, and help patients regain mobility while measuring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent health care for patients and ensure good outcomes.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility.
• Create measurable, functional goals and adjust plans of care as patients progress.
• Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re‑injury.
• Supervise and guide Techs during patient care setup and cleanup.
• Use evidence‑based pain management techniques to improve function.
• Determine discharge timelines and provide long‑term success strategies.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time.
• Maintain productivity with approximately 60 treatments in a 40 hour week for a full‑time PT.
