Team Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Michigan outpatient clinics. This therapist-owned network has grown since 2001 and emphasizes outcomes and patient satisfaction.

You’ll evaluate and treat patients, develop plans of care, educate on home exercises, and participate in research and in-house CEU programs. Competitive salary and chances for a residency are offered.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent health care for patients and help them achieve good outcomes.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to restore mobility and manage pain.
• Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time.
• Maintain productivity with typical outpatient orthopedic caseload.
