PT Solutions is seeking full-time Physical Therapists in San Antonio, TX to expand access to transformative care across orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab. You will grow through a six-week onboarding program (Vitals+) and mentorship opportunities, with access to residency-style programs supporting specialty development.

The role features comprehensive in-house CE, research access, analytics-enabled patient care, and a growth-focused culture with leadership pathways.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
