Job summary

PT Solutions is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist in Carmel, IN, to expand access to transformative care across orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab. The role emphasizes professional growth through a six-week onboarding (Vitals+) and in-house residency programs, plus mentorship and evidence-based practice.

You will evaluate and treat patients with diverse caseloads, design individualized plans, and manage documentation within the EMR.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
