Team Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinics across Michigan. The role offers a salary range of $78,000–$90,000 per year with monthly bonus potential and a supportive pathway for growth.

We provide mentorship, substantial in-house CEU access, a $1,500 annual education credit, full residency tuition coverage, and a 401(k) with match. You’ll work in a collaborative, therapist-owned team focused on quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Appropriate licensure and eligibility to practice in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with emphasis on medical and emotional needs.
• Build your caseload by pursuing patient interests and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the team and supervise technicians.
• Maintain a balanced caseload, aiming for about 1.5 patients per hour.
