Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy in Michigan seeks a licensed physical therapist to provide high-quality outpatient care across our network. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, develop plans of care, and guide a team of technicians while delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent health care for patients with good outcomes and positive patient experience.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility.
• Create measurable, functional goals and adjust plans as patients progress.
• Educate patients on treatment options, exercises, and prevention strategies.
• Supervise and guide Techs during patient care setup and cleanup.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time.
• Participate in clinic research projects and protocol development.
• Stay current on best practices through in-house CEUs and continuing education.
