Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations of orthopedic and neurologic conditions, developing person-centered treatment plans, guiding home exercise programs, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• A Physical Therapy license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations on orthopedic and neurologic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, pain management, function, and quality of life.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals and community partners.
