Job summary

HCRC consulting in San Francisco is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our collaborative, patient-focused team. Whether you're an experienced PT or a new graduate, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills with strong mentorship and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

We offer a salary of $100,000–$120,000 per year, no double-booking with up to 60 minutes for evaluations and 30 minutes for follow-ups, dedicated admin time, PT Aides, modern EMR, diverse caseload, retirement plan

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• California PT license or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Passion for learning, collaboration, and helping patients return to activities they love.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Utilize manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to improve mobility, function, and pain.
• Educate patients on their condition, recovery, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with PT Aides and fellow clinicians to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
