Job summary

Healthcare Recruitment Counselors in San Francisco is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our patient-focused team. The position offers a $100K–$120K yearly salary, full-time status, and mentorship for new grads, with no double-booking.

You'll evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with PT Aides and clinicians to deliver exceptional care. California licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• California PT license or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Utilize manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to improve mobility, function, and pain.
• Educate patients on their condition, recovery, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with PT Aides and fellow clinicians to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
