ARC Physical Therapy+ is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Kansas/Missouri clinics. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and provide high-quality care under guided protocols while supervising assistants and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state of Missouri license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including EMR and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review physician's referral and patient records to determine needed physical therapy treatment.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols.
• Document findings, progress and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Oversee care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Complete a written plan of care and goals based on evaluation findings.
• Implement treatment program and provide essential therapies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation including daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
