Job summary

UNC Health Lenoir Health Care is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients, develop rehab plans, and mentor staff. This role emphasizes teamwork and excellent patient care within a per diem, onsite setting.

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and physicians, the therapist participates in CQI activities and supports quality care across the community UNC Health serves in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: None.
• Current NC Board of Physical Therapy license or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care assessment and treatment.
• Maintains and documents progress in medical records.
• Mentors therapists, assistants, technicians, and students.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team and physicians.
• Participates in CQI activities and ensures excellent customer service.
