Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Manager for an outpatient facility in California. The role is a direct hire with a day schedule and involves leadership responsibilities within the PT team.

The candidate will develop care plans, provide skilled PT services, assess needs, and collaborate with other disciplines to meet therapeutic goals. Current PT licensure and CPR certification are required, with licensure in process acceptable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Requirements include:

• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT.
• Current CPR certification.
