Physical Therapist ‐ Long‐term Acute Care ‐ (PT ‐ Acute)

Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: 8 D | Pay Rate: $1783.00 ‐ $2055.00

Job Details

• Facility Setting: LTACH and SNF
• Shift: Flexible M‐F, 8am‐4pm
• Experience Required: 1-2 years
• Licenses: MA PT license required
• Certifications: BLS (AHA)
• Additional Requirements: SSN, DOB, 1 reference
• Coverage: Primarily SNF, with coverage at LTACH; float to other units as needed
• Facility Capacity: 80 SNF beds, 42 LTACH beds
• EMR Systems: NetHealth, Wellsky, Point Click Care (PCC)
• Dress Code: Scrubs (any color)
• Parking: On-site free

Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapist, Long Term Acute Care
• Experience: 1 year
• License: PT‐MA
• Certification: BLS‐AHA
• Additional: SSN, DOB, 1 reference in entire work history
