Position: Physical Therapist ‐ Long‐term Acute Care (PT ‐ Acute)

Start Date: 6/30/2025

Available Shifts: 8 D

Pay Rate: $1795.95 ‐ $1967.90

Responsibilities:

The physical therapist will accurately assess, differential diagnosis, and identify deficits in a patient's ability to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives. They develop an individualized treatment plan with patient‐centered goals to reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. They work with the individual to prevent the loss of mobility.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years PT experience
• TX or Compact license
• SSN and DOB required
