Domnovate is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a local, on-site contract assignment in Elk Grove, California. You will evaluate movement, develop goals and treatment plans, and deliver exercise, gait, balance, and mobility interventions with a patient-centered approach.

This W-2 opportunity through our employer of record features a 35-hour weekly guarantee, standard clinical documentation, and benefits including medical, dental and vision.

Our Client is seeking a Physical Therapist for a local contract opportunity in Elk Grove, California. Bring thoughtful clinical judgment to rehabilitation that connects practical recovery, participation and everyday independence. Work with the rehabilitation and care team to help each person make progress toward meaningful goals.

Your contribution

Evaluate movement and functional needs, develop individualized goals and treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercise, gait, balance and mobility interventions within scope, reassess progress and adapt care. Teach patients and caregivers practical safety techniques. Collaborate with the rehabilitation and care team and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.

Support coordinated care that respects each person’s abilities, priorities and dignity. Communicate clearly with colleagues, patients and caregivers, follow professional standards and safety practices, and complete documentation promptly. Clinical work, caseload and team arrangements will be reviewed during hiring.

Assignment and schedule

• Local, on-site contract; no traveler stipend.
• Source shift window is 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a 30-minute meal period. Final workdays and complete work pattern confirmed before offer.
• The source lists a 35-hour weekly guarantee, subject to attendance and assignment terms. Confirm actual worked and paid hours before offer.
• Current source end date is January 10, 2027. Start date and remaining duration confirmed before offer.

What you bring

• Current California Physical Therapist licensure or eligibility, with required credentials completed before practice.
• Appropriate accredited education and clinical qualifications for the role.
