ivyhealth is seeking a full-time Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our Long Island clinics (Patchogue, Plainview, Port Jefferson). You’ll provide patient-centered care across ages and diagnoses, with individualized treatment plans and mentorship within a collaborative team.

The role offers a base salary of $90,000 to $105,000 per year plus a biweekly clinician bonus and an uncapped student loan repayment option or a sign-on bonus.
