Ivy Health in Suffolk, VA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our patient-centered team. You will provide exceptional care across our physical therapy services.

Requirements: license or pending license in Virginia and graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Benefits include life-of-the-loan repayment, a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO and CEU support.

Life-of-the-Loan Repayment Assistance: Ivy Rehab provides direct, ongoing monthly student loan contributions for the entire life of your eligible loan.

Compensation Range:$83,000-110,000/ year

Sign on Bonus: up to $20,000
