Salary Range: $88,400 - $163,000 annually

The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services to patients in the home setting. The work includes responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient’s physical therapy plan of treatment.
Physical Therapy Assistant
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day. The employee must frequently lift or move items weighing over 20 pounds. The position requires the ability to transfer, lift, move, and turn patients to and from bed, wheelchair, toilet, tub, shower, and occasionally the floor.
Expected to respond to emergency situations involving the safety of patients in their homes. This includes the ability to assist with a possible evacuation of the patient, or notify the proper agency/facility in case of any type of emergency, such as calling an ambulance or the fire department.
