You will perform required documentation, participate in program development and communicate with patients, families, physicians and site staff.

This role includes supervising therapy assistants, assisting in department management and delivering in-services.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the United States with active state licensure.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for patient care and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Ability to supervise therapy assistants and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, examine, treat, monitor and provide ongoing assessment of patients.
• Perform all necessary paperwork and reports; plan and develop new programs.
• Maintain communication with patients/families, caregivers, physicians and site staff; present in-services.
• Assist in general department management and supervise therapy staff.
