Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy.
• Physical Therapy license active.
• Current CPR certification.
• Competency in PT evaluation, assessment, care planning and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients to collect medical history and evaluate current physical ability.
• Develop rehabilitative treatment programs to maximize function or reduce pain.
• Use therapies, exercises, or equipment to restore movement and strength.
• Coordinate care across an interdisciplinary team and supervise assistants.
• Re‑evaluate patient status and modify care plans as needed; educate patients and families.
