In this role you will provide compassionate care, document goals and progress, ensure compliance with state Acts and regulations, and participate in leadership and education of staff. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and stay active during shift.

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
