Eden Capital Careers seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in Sacramento, CA. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes adherence to state regulations, documentation, and leadership responsibilities to maintain exceptional care standards in a dynamic clinical setting.

Qualifications

Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
Current state licensure and CPR certification.
Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
