ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in Oakland, CA. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

The role requires CAPTE-accredited PT training, active state licensure, CPR, and strong clinical and communication skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment with focus on compliance and quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time-management abilities.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active (standing/walking) during shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with medically necessary therapy.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides to deliver quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
