Responsibilities include documentation of goals, progress, and medical necessity, plus leadership to coach the team and maintain compliance with state Practice Acts, OSHA, and Medicare rules.

Qualificações

• Education: graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Licensure: current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Skills: strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management.
• Physical ability: must lift 50 lbs and stay active (standing/walking).

Responsabilidades

• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
