Job summary
The Recruiting Hive is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include clinical care, documentation, leadership of the therapy team, and compliance with state Practice Acts, OSHA, and Medicare regulations. Qualifications require a CAPTE-accredited PT program, state licensure, CPR certification, and strong
Qualifications
- Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
- Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
- Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
- Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
