Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current State Physical Therapist License.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide physical therapy services to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
• Independently evaluate medical history, assess abilities, develop and implement treatment plans, and document communications with patients and other providers.
• Incorporate the hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily practice.
