Job summary

Stockton Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Ernest Health, Inc., is seeking a Per diem Physical Therapist in Stockton, California. You will deliver PT services to patients recovering from injuries or illness in an inpatient rehab setting and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include a Graduate Degree in Physical Therapy, current CA PT license, and CPR certification. Experience in hospital-based patient care is preferred and per diem scheduling offers flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current State PT license active in California.
• Current CPR certification and ACLS if required per facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement physical therapy treatment plans to restore mobility.
• Assess patient history, evaluate progress, and adjust therapy accordingly.
