Physical Therapist, Inpatient Rehab, Full-time

This role offers a salary range of $93,778.00 to $113,900.00 annually, with a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000. The actual pay will depend on your skills and experience—discuss with your recruiter for details.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct restorative treatment to patients, perform administrative duties related to patient care, and contribute to department operations.
Requirements
  • B.S., Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  • NYS license or eligibility
  • EPIC experience preferred
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Work Schedule

Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Key Duties
  • Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans and goals
  • Provide age-appropriate treatments and patient education
  • Evaluate needs for medical equipment and assist with insurance requirements
  • Complete documentation and billing accurately
  • Participate in team rounds, conferences, and in-service programs
  • Supervise PTAs, aides, and volunteers as needed
  • Maintain safety, confidentiality, and professional standards
  • Participate in staff training, orientation, and supervision processes
  • Engage in department problem solving and projects
