Job description

About the Hospital
  • Inpatient Rehab Hospital
  • Stroke, traumatic brain injury, hip fracture and other complex neurological and orthopedic conditions
  • Team of 4 PTs that are willing to support and train
  • Supportive and collaborative culture
  • 1 hour of documentation set aside daily
  • 4-6 patients per day on average
  • Average length of stay of 20 days
  • 95%+ return to home rate

Qualifications & Requirements:
