• Performs Physical Therapy evaluations according to departmental policy and patient needs.
• Establishes measurable goals and develops treatment plans for patients.
• Administers effective physical therapy treatments.
• Performs discharge planning efficiently.
• Completes all documentation related to patient care legibly and in compliance with departmental policies.
• Ensures patient, employee, and visitor safety at all times.
• Participates responsibly in departmental and interdepartmental operations to maintain an efficient work environment.
