Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment and follow policies and procedures.
• Provides patient care assessment and treatment with comprehensive evaluations and realistic goals.
• Maintains accurate documentation including evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes and ICD-10 codes where appropriate.
• Ensures documentation is legible and timely and aligns with departmental statistics and charges.
• Maintains productivity and meets department budget expectations and staff scheduling needs.
• Participates in process management to improve quality and efficiency of services and shares best practices.

Education
