Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide ethical, patient-centered care on a per diem basis. This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and a Master's degree in Physical Therapy. Candidates must hold a valid license and Basic Life Support certification. The position involves flexible hours every Friday and two Sundays per month.

Qualifications

Location: Plainsboro, NJ

Hours: Per Diem, every Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm and two Sundays per month

Requirements:

  • License is REQUIRED
  • Able to attend initial onboarding (up to 2 weeks depending on experience)

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering ethical, patient-centered care
  • Evaluating and revising treatment plans
  • Providing health education and promoting wellness
  • Designing home exercise programs and recommending follow-up care
  • Participating in quality improvement activities
  • Setting measurable outcomes and documenting interventions
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Credentials:

  • Physical Therapist (Required)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)

Education/Experience:

  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy (Required)
  • 2-4 years of experience (preferred)

Salary: $54.63/hour
