Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in accordance with established standards of practice.
• Adhere to documentation and billing procedures for physical therapy services.
• Demonstrate sound judgment in evaluation, planning, and follow-up of resident therapy programs.
• Screen residents regularly to determine need for intervention or treatment.
• Evaluate residents to obtain data for treatment planning and implementation.
• Develop short- and long-term treatment goals and methods to achieve identified outcomes.
• Interpret evaluation findings and communicate recommendations to residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
