Job summary

Winchester Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Winchester, Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and help residents achieve meaningful functional gains.

We offer a competitive hourly pay range of $42.00–$58.00 with full-time benefits, a collaborative work environment, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts license required and in good standing.
• State and federal licensing requirements must be met.
• Experience in SNF/rehabilitation/long-term care preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of PT treatment practices and evidence-based interventions.
• Familiarity with Net Health electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and assess mobility and function.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based PT interventions to improve mobility and independence.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team in care planning.
