Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Active PT license in the state of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough PT evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Administers therapy treatments and documents all sessions.
• Reassesses and adjusts plans based on patient progress.
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans and home care.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team for quality care.
• Maintains compliance with safety, infection control, and policies.
