Job summary

Redwood Grove Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our compassionate team in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized plans, and contribute to a holistic patient care approach.

As a licensed PT in California, you will implement evidence-based interventions, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and educate patients and families to support successful recovery and smooth care transitions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (PT).
Current California Physical Therapy licensure.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with a broad range of physical disabilities and injuries with personalized plans.
Perform initial and ongoing assessments to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
Apply evidence-based PT interventions, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and education.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to support seamless transitions.
