Job summary

360 Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services at our Edmond, OK clinic. You’ll assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life for diverse patients.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff, maintain thorough documentation, and stay current with PT techniques and best practices.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and function based on each individual patient’s need.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
