Job summary

StaffDNA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in Oklahoma City. You will help patients recover from injuries or illnesses by improving movement, reducing pain, and restoring function through personalized therapy programs.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, implement exercises and manual therapy, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Oklahoma or be eligible for licensure.
• DPT or PT degree from an accredited program.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and equipment as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve mobility.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
