Qualifikationen

- At least 1 year of licensed PT experience.

- BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records and TB test or client-specific requirements.
Aufgaben
- Evaluate patients to assess mobility, strength, balance, and functional limits.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans based on outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate services.
- Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
