Qualifications

CA license/certification in good standing for the position.
At least 1 year of licensed PT experience.
PSV verification if required by the client or board.
BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records and TB test or client-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients to assess mobility, strength, balance, and functional limits.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques.
Monitor progress and adjust plans based on outcomes.
Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention.
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate services.
Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and timely.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
