2. Perform physical therapy initial evaluations according to APTA standards.
3. Develop comprehensive care plans based on evaluation findings.
4. Understand reimbursement standards and design clinically effective patient programs.
5. Maintain compliance by:

• Developing short and long-term patient goals.
• Implementing care plans.
• Providing therapy to improve well-being and functionality.
• Reporting patient progress to relevant professionals.
• Creating home exercise plans.
• Planning and executing patient discharges.

Stay updated with current physical therapy practices through education and workshops.

Communicate professionally with healthcare stakeholders, including other health professionals, insurance companies, and case managers.
