Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a Physical Therapist III for the LR-Home Health team in Little Rock. You will provide, manage, and coordinate physical therapy services for a caseload of patients in home health settings.

The role requires autonomy, accountability, and proficiency with complex patient populations; you will mentor staff and students and participate in QA/performance improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year experience with Baptist Health.
• Experience treating the home health patient population.

Summary:

Baptist Health Home Health Physical Therapist provides, manages, and coordinates physical therapy services for a caseload of patients.

Works with autonomy and accountability demonstrating expertise in providing care for a complex patient population. Committed to professional and department growth and enhancement. The Staff Therapist III has one year experience with BH. Must be able to demonstrate the skills and knowledge necessary to provide care appropriate to the ages of the patients served, mentor staff and students and active in QA/ performance improvement activities.

• Licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of one year experience with BH.
• Experience demonstrating proficiency in treating the HH patient population
• CPR certification.

This job will be authorized80.00 hours bi-weekly.
