Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a Physical Therapist to work with autonomy and accountability, delivering skilled care to a diverse, complex patient population.

The role requires a PT degree, CPR certification (may be obtained on hire), and alignment with the Level I career ladder. The schedule is standard with some flexibility.

• BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
• CPR certification may be obtained prior to hire.
• Maintain Level I qualification per career ladder.

Job description

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. There is flexibility with the schedule.

Summary

Works with autonomy and accountability demonstrating proficiency in providing care for a complex patient population. Committed to professional and department growth and enhancement. Must be able to demonstrate the skills and knowledge necessary to provide care appropriate to the ages of the patients served.

• BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
• Maintain all requirements of the career ladder for Level I.
• CPR certification is required but can be complete upon hire.

This job will be authorized80.00 hours bi-weekly.
